Commercial Accountant (3 days per week)
Cookstown
£45-55k FTE depending on experience
We are working exclusively with a key client in Cookstown who looking for a commercial accountant to join their finance team. This critical role will report into the FC and work closely with the operations and sales team to ensure revenue is recognised and also KPI reports on sales are developed and prepared. We are particularly keen to hear from individuals who understand the key areas that drive a successful business and who have worked in a high volume environment.
Key skills
• Strong analytical skills including Management Accounts, KPI analysis and an inquisitive and commercial outlook
• Strong IT skills including Excel to an above average level
• Sector Warehouse and distribution within FMCG, being able to add value to the KPI and capture of information which the business
The Ideal Person
• We are not being strict on the qualification as someone working in a commercial business analytically could thrive in this environment.
• Either Qualified, Part qualified or Qualified by experience and been working in a commercial organisation either in FMCG, Wholesale distribution or Manufacturing
• Working in a company with lots of moving parts and has experience of oversight within the sales operation of the company
• Able to work independently on streamlining processes and adding value to the department.
