The successful candidates will join the ICT Support Leadership Team in developing a fully integrated and accessible digital environment. Ensuring the deployment of technologies and applications drives innovation and efficiencies throughout the organisation, supports world class teaching, and facilitates the development and future growth of the organisation. The appointed person will:
* Work closely with key leaders to develop the Trust’s ICT Vision and Strategy, provide a robust ICT service for all stakeholders and develop a network infrastructure that meets the needs of a growing MAT.
* Implement systems in line with the Trust strategy, delivering high levels of performance and availability.
* Lead, develop and support, a central team of ICT Technicians, manage the service desk and deploy staff as required to meet a prescribed service level agreement.
* Promote a prescribed professional development framework for the ICT Support Team, mapped against industry standard qualifications.
This role will provide the successful candidate with wide-ranging development experience to help support the efficient running of the Trust’s information technology services, serving more than 6000 users across the institution.
