NetSuite Campaign Strategist Job Description
NetSuite’s Marketing Team plays a key role in driving growth and is seeking a Campaign Strategist. This pivotal role leads our campaign engagement activities, focusing on applying Prospect, Customer, and Market insights to inform our allbound go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
* Lead and set campaign strategies for allbound funnel impact aligned with pipeline and ARR objectives.
* Research, develop, validate, and communicate strategic go-to-market sales plays based on prospect and customer intent and insight data.
* Provide market context and horizon scanning to inform and support trend forecasting.
* Provide analysis and recommendations to the EMEA Marketing team and sales stakeholders to refine our go-to-market approach.
* Manage end-to-end campaign governance to ensure robust justification and execution excellence.
* Align content strategies and identify content gaps to ensure a coherent, audience-appropriate narrative.
Optimization
* Champion the strategic campaign approach across all organizational stakeholders, seeking opportunities to extend reach, impact, and ROI.
* Refine and optimize intent and insight sources for relevancy.
* Manage vendor relationships to maximize strategic campaign opportunities, staying current with new technologies and practices.
* Identify high-impact, market-disrupting opportunities to influence target audiences at every funnel stage.
Campaign Analysis and Reporting
* Review campaign performance across channels with marketing and sales management.
* Provide detailed analysis, recommendations, and implement necessary changes to enhance campaign impact.
* Forecast and monitor pipeline impact, collaborating with the wider marketing team to meet and exceed targets.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
* Develop and deliver campaign briefings, supporting sales teams and business units for campaign success.
* Coordinate with EMEA Marketing & Sales teams for planning, reporting, and feedback collection.
* Collaborate with other Oracle business units to optimize campaign assets and reach.
* Manage third-party vendors and publishers to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Key Skills
* Marketing qualifications preferred.
* At least 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing campaigns.
* Creative, data-driven thinker capable of building solid justifications.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Proven team collaboration commitment.
* Problem-solving experience.
* Experience pitching campaign concepts to stakeholders.
* Software and technology familiarity is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills; knowledge of a second European language is advantageous.
* Attention to detail, follow-through, and deadline adherence.
* Strong project management skills.
* Experience in high-growth companies focusing on demand generation volume and velocity.
* Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
