The Role...
Our Quantity Surveyors play a vital role in keeping our business cost-effective and as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor with Clancy, you can learn from the best in our Commercial teams, while completing a bespoke rotational programme, designed to give you a full understanding of the business.
Clancy is a great place to start your career, as we're a corporate member of the AOA (Association of Apprentices), that connects apprentices across the UK via a dedicated social and professional networking platform.
Your rotations will include estimating, health and safety, finance, plant and other key areas, with some placements based at our Harefield Head Office.
We have a solid track record of developing our people, with many of our senior managers beginning their careers with us, and going on to achieve MBAs, MScs, BScs or professional accreditation such as MRICS.
Along the way, you'll use your problem-solving and communication skills to help control costs and maximise profits, all while delivering a high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.
