Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances)

The Role
We are looking for a Lead Clinician - Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Skylarks School, Surrey. The postholder will work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership Team and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs (autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH). Meeting EHCP needs via OFG’s clinical approaches (all, group, and individual) will be a primary focus. They will coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team and lead on the service development of the school-based clinical service in collaboration with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.

Essential Criteria
* Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy
* Valid and up-to-date professional registration & membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS)
* Experience with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
* Clear and concise clinical and research report writing
* Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
* Ability to work independently and within a growing clinical service
* Experience of multi-professional work within the designated specialty (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
