Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our vibrant team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children in our care.
Key responsibilities
* Planning and delivering engaging educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Caring for and supervising children at all times to ensure their safety and well‑being
* Working closely with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and development
* Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where children can thrive and flourish
* Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and best practices
* Maintaining and organizing the learning environment and resources
* Participating in training and professional development opportunities
Available full‑time and part‑time schedules
* 10‑hour shift
* 8‑hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Overtime
* Weekend availability
Requirements
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with children and parents
* Passion for early childhood education and dedication to providing high‑quality care
* Flexibility to work various shifts as required
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
