We are looking for a Talent Manager to join our HS2 HR Team team in London. What you\'ll do:
Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Problem-solving with colleagues on re-deployment and recruitment.
* Manage impactful talent strategies that support business growth and long-term success.
* Influence leadership decisions through insights from talent analytics and workforce planning.
* Create a pipeline of diverse and high-potential talent aligned with organisational needs.
* Enhance employee development and engagement, contributing to improved retention and performance.
* Lead initiatives that integrate recruitment with broader talent management and HR strategies.
* Experience within a recruitment role either in house or agency.
* Broad knowledge of recruitment and latest recruitment developments e.g. social networking and Employment Law.
* Strong collaboration with your colleagues.
* Resource management planning.
* Talent management and development experience.
* Good Microsoft Office and systems skills.
