We are looking for customer‑first team members who will help the store maintain performance and meet sales targets, building product knowledge to address every customer enquiry.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences.
* Assist customers with jewellery purchases and related enquiries.
* Maintain store performance and contribute to sales targets.
* Build product knowledge as new items are introduced.

* Passion for putting the customer first.
* Interest in jewellery products and brands.
* Positive, can‑do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage diverse customers and initiate conversations.
