About the Role: This is a part-time, temporary role starting 21st July 2025, with a brief break for the summer holidays and resuming from 26th August 2025. As the School Admin Officer, you’ll be the friendly face of the school, managing front reception duties while ensuring the smooth operation of essential administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Providing excellent front reception and customer service, greeting parents, children, and visitors with a warm and professional approach. • Managing general school admin tasks, ensuring the office runs efficiently. • Using Arbor to input data, run reports, and maintain accurate records. • Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and students to address queries and concerns. • Supporting the school’s daily operations with a proactive and organised attitude.
