Commercial Manager | Driving Sales, New Business & Creative Activations for Leading Brands
Special Bar Service is on the lookout for a new Account Manager to join our fast-paced, creative, and growing team.
We’re a specialist agency delivering bold brand activations, trade show builds, bar takeovers, and on-trade marketing campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest names in drinks think Guinness, Asahi, Brewdog, and more.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on managing client relationships, bringing creative projects to life, and owning delivery from start to finish.
What you'll be doing;
* Managing end-to-end delivery of branded environments and activations – from mobile bars and pop-ups to immersive installations and trade shows
* Acting as day-to-day contact for your client accounts, building trust and understanding their goals
* Writing proposals, timelines, and cost estimates alongside our in-house design and production team
* Leading internal project teams and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget
* Managing budgets and tracking performance against targets
* Spotting growth opportunities within accounts and supporting wider commercial strategy
* Has 2–5 years’ experience in account management or project delivery, ideally in retail, brand, or events marketing
* Can juggle multiple fast-moving projects with confidence and calm
* Communicates clearly and builds strong client relationships
* Understands creative and production workflows, and can translate between clients and internal teams
* Is commercially aware and proactive in driving account growth
