* Prepare, negotiate and structure agreements with cargo owners, governments, and other stakeholders, alongside the Oceyon CEO.
* Oversee contract management, ensuring clarity, risk mitigation, and compliance-first execution.
* Act as primary point of contact with maritime archaeologists, legal experts, regulators, and UNESCO where relevant.
* Develop and maintain Oceyon's compliance framework, ensuring operations meet international salvage laws, UNESCO conventions, and ESG standards.
* Anticipate and manage risks of international claims, sanctions, and heritage protection requirements.
* Support fundraising and investor relations by providing compliance input for financial and operational strategies.
Qualifications & Profile

* Knowledge of international maritime law, salvage law, cultural heritage law, and environmental regulations.
* Excellent written and spoken English required; Spanish and/or French are strong assets.
* Based in London (preferred), or Switzerland/France/Spain with flexibility for international travel.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: bold, analytical, and ready to go the extra mile in a fast-paced exploration company.

* A unique opportunity to shape compliance and legal strategy in a pioneering maritime exploration company.
* Direct impact on high-profile international projects in cooperation with governments and cultural institutions.
* Dynamic, international team of entrepreneurs, technologists, and explorers.
* Competitive compensation with very attractive incentive.
