As a HubSpot Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, shaping, deploying, and enhancing HubSpot solutions that elevate their marketing, sales, and service performance. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and automation experts to deliver high-impact projects that drive measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for a hands-on HubSpot Consultant who thrives in a consultancy environment and enjoys solving complex challenges for ambitious, high-growth clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead in-depth discovery sessions to assess client processes, goals, and HubSpot requirements.
* Design, implement, and optimise HubSpot portals across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
* Build advanced automation workflows, dashboards, and reporting suites to improve client performance and visibility.
* Deliver expert training, guidance, and ongoing consultancy to ensure long-term adoption and success.
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven experience delivering HubSpot projects within an Elite or Diamond HubSpot agency or specialist consultancy.
* Strong expertise across HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
* Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear commercial value.
* HubSpot certifications and hands-on experience integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, custom APIs).
