About the Opportunity
Based out of our Manchester office, with hybrid working as standard, we’re looking for Safety Case Engineers to support an increasing portfolio of projects. Responsibilities will include:
1. Providing Nuclear Safety Case support to clients through the full plant life cycle.
2. Developing and delivering fit-for-purpose safety assessments.
3. Working collaboratively with other disciplines.
4. Facilitating communication and engagement between relevant stakeholders such as regulatory bodies.
5. Managing technical teams, and developing delivery strategies and programmes.
6. Undertaking verification, peer review and provision of specialist advice.
Here's What You'll Need:
A degree or equivalent qualification/experience in a field such as science or engineering. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience of managing technical teams or development of junior staff. Experience of undertaking safety assessment in a high-hazard industry. Previous experience of successful delivery of safety cases deliverables on complex projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
