Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team on-site in Birmingham. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure strategies are aligned and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
• Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling presentations to showcase solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and maximize impact
• Maintain accurate records using CRM software and prepare sales reports
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute Sales Strategies successfully
• Proficiency with CRM software and Sales Reporting tools
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in marketing or a related industry (a plus)
