SEN School Support Roles

Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to work across SEN schools in Caerphilly and Bargoed. Whether you’re exploring a career in educational psychology, teaching, or therapy, this is the perfect stepping stone to gain meaningful experience in a supportive school environment.
What the role involves:
Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN) across various key stages (Primary, Secondary, and Post-16)
Assisting with classroom activities, behaviour management, and individual support plans
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals
Providing emotional and social support to students, helping them thrive in their learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
