Good news! Our Reablement team is looking for a new Reablement Support Worker!
Our RSWs support clients in the community with daily tasks such as food and meal preparation, toileting support, catheter care, personal care, and other activities. Therefore, you MUST hold a UK driving license and have access to a car.
We have the following part-time vacancies available:
* 28 hours - (7:30 - 13:00 & 16:00 - 18:30)
* 30 hours - (7:30 - 13:00 & 17:00 - 20:00)
* 26 hours - (7:00 - 11:00 & 16:00 - 19:30)
* 35 hours - (7:30 - 13:00 & 17:00 - 21:30)
**Please note: The annual salary is based on 37 hours and will be prorated accordingly.**
