Security Officer – National Grid (Eakring)
📍 Eakring | 💷 £12.60 per hour
⏰ 42 hours per week | 4 on / 4 off (12-hour day & night shifts)
We're looking for a professional and reliable Security Officer to help protect National Grid's training facilities. This is a varied role requiring vigilance, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
What You'll Do
1. Maintain site security in line with Assignment Instructions
2. Patrol the site, monitor risks, and respond to incidents
3. Report health & safety hazards and complete accurate records
4. Liaise with emergency services and follow security procedures
5. Deliver a high-quality service that meets client standards
What You'll Need
6. Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (worn on duty)
7. Full UK driving licence
8. Able to pass Enhanced DBS clearance
9. IT literate as you will be dealing with e-mails
10. Previous security experience (preferred)
