Finance Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday - 09.00am until 17.00pm
Our client is seeking an experienced proactive Finance Manager to join their healthcare organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This pivotal role supports a period transformation, ensuring accurate financial reporting, partnering with operational teams, and driving process improvements initiatives.
Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
Month-End Close: Lead process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Reconciliations: Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations per standards.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with teams to deliver insights and support decisions.
AP Oversight: Support Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Systems & Tools: Use Sage 50; leverage BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for analysis.
Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to strengthen processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications needed for the Finance Manager role:
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
Experience in healthcare sector (preferred)
Strong technical proficiency in Sage 50, BI tools, and Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated success in process improvement and project leadership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
