Mann Estate Agency is looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Rochester. OTE £60k.
We seek an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.
You should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:
* Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
* Attracting new customers and business, motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
* Guiding customers through the entire mortgage service, including advising on a range of products and services to meet their needs.
* Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and foster lasting relationships.
Skills and experience required:
* Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
* Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
* Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
