As a growing, fast-paced FMCG company with multiple sites across the UK (and more coming through mergers and acquisitions), we’re looking for someone who’s not just ready for change but hungry to lead it. You’ll be the first strategic HR leader, stepping in above our current HR Admin function to shape and scale the HR team, policies, culture, and people strategy, all while sitting at the senior leadership table. Responsibilities: Build the HR function from the ground up, define the people strategy, implement structure, and drive best practices across all locations Own M&A people integration, culture alignment, TUPE, due diligence, and organisational design post-acquisition Be a partner to the CEO and SLT – drive transformation, talent strategies, and leadership development Lead change and create structure in an environment where pace often outstrips process Shape a high-performance, values-led culture, one that attracts, retains, and develops great people Oversee all core HR pillars, employee relations, recruitment, L&D, reward, compliance, and performance Requirements: A punchy superstar, bold, business-savvy, and ready to own it 5–10 years of experience with at least 2 years in a senior HR role Proven success in multisite HR and M&A environments (essential) Experience working in fast-moving, unstructured settings where you've built the HR function from scratch Strong understanding of UK employment law, change management, and organisational design Someone up-and-coming, full of energy, fresh ideas, and the confidence to challenge and inspire A natural communicator and influencer able to connect with the shop floor to the boardroom Why work for them?
