Our Client is a successful and expanding Professional Services Organisation business based in West Yorkshire and are looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor to work as part of a wider HR team. Were seeking an ambitious Senior HR Advisor who is comfortable acting as the primary contact for all Employee Relations across the business.
The role
Within the role you will deal with all people related matter, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. Their will be a focus on building a positive and inclusive employee experience by providing a timely and effective service to key stakeholders across the employee lifecycle
In this role, you will work closely with the HR Operations Manager helping to develop and implement the people agenda. As well as helping to deliver a full-service HR role encompassing everything from Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR systems, Reward etc, you will also lead on a number of key HR projects focusing on things such as Wellbeing and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong generalist HR experience including managing your own case work.
* Ensure accurate data reporting and identify trends and make recommendations
* Support on ad hoc HR projects
* Up to date knowledge of best practice and employment law
