This role is ideal for someone proactive and highly engaged. Day-to-day Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including daily post office runs. Perform general office administration including photocopying, scanning, and filing. Maintain stock levels and order office supplies. Provide reception cover, answer phones, greet clients, and manage meeting room bookings. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
