MSc, MBA) - preferable We need this person to Take overall responsibility for the performance of Test facility and those who work within it Develop the control systems within the test facility and define the path to full automation Define and support the conditioning systems requirements such that they mimic the track Deliver testing solutions such that they meet the specification set by the customers – Product Engineering, Performance Engineering & Product Validation Challenge the team to provide continuous improvement to the testing platforms, ensuring any hardware is being tested in an environment that simulates the track Develop the best testing solutions and methodologies in line with ‘Right first time’ approach And be Decisive thinker – Demonstrates the ability to analyse and understand data and information quickly.
