Job Description
Trackman is a fast‑growing sports technology company that empowers athletes in Golf, Baseball, Football, and American Football to get the most out of their game. Our solutions combine radar and vision‑based tracking, advanced algorithms, and applications across platforms. In 2024 we tracked more than 3 billion balls. In 2026 we are launching a portable radar for cricket practice that will provide real‑time feedback on key bowling and batting metrics with industry‑leading accuracy, delivered via an iPad application for use during practice.
As a Sales & Business Development Lead for cricket, you will ensure that Trackman’s cricket technology fits perfectly into existing training sessions, sells globally, and delivers continued value to customers. You will develop relationships with cricket stakeholders, shape future product features through customer feedback, and ensure successful post‑sale onboarding.
Your Responsibilities
* Generate leads and sell Trackman technology to organisations across geographies – the key KPI for the role.
* Master Trackman’s technology and understand how it can help cricket organisations make better decisions.
* Shape our products by collecting feedback from customers and translating it into features that enhance existing routines and create new ones.
* Educate customers on using Trackman’s technology and turning actionable data into more effective practice.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the cricket industry, including coaches, players, analysts, franchises, governing boards and broadcasters.
* On‑board customers after the sale, ensuring they are set up for success and following up when needed.
* Gather product feedback to keep Trackman’s solution at the forefront of innovation.
