Recruitment resourcer

Extra Men Limited, a dynamic and fast-growing Transport Agency, are looking for a Resourcer to add to our ever growing team.
As an agency, we are dedicated to finding the perfect match to fit with our clients' needs.
Every client's needs are different which is why we need an adaptable, detail-oriented, organized and reliable person who will help take Extra Men to the next level within the Transport industry.

Key responsibilities:
* Creating and publishing job ads across a variety of recruitment sites and managing those job ads once applicants start applying
* Conducting interviews
* Registering successful applicants
* Organising assessments and coordinating availability and dates for those assessments with the applicants
* Working with our compliance team to ensure all documents are received and valid
* Booking assessments in with our clients
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in Resourcing and/or Transport is desirable but not essential as in-house training is provided
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, self-motivated and highly organised
* Excellent telephone manner
* Familiarity with sourcing tools
* Computer literate
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target driven environment
