Finance Leader – Financial Reporting

Are you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for driving global consistency and excellence in financial reporting? We're exclusively recruiting for a confidential client seeking a dynamic leader to oversee global financial reporting processes across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the standardisation of financial reporting procedures globally
* Oversee timely and accurate month-end close processes
* Develop and enforce robust internal control frameworks
* Act as the primary liaison with auditors
* Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Ideal Candidate Traits:
* Attention to detail
* Collaborative mindset
* Resilience under pressure
Experience & Expertise:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* 8–10 years' experience in finance operations, including leadership in financial reporting
* Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial controls
* Proven track record in process standardisation and ERP implementation
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
