The team is relentlessly focused on delivering a great experience to clients, driving innovation, value and simplicity in all the services we deliver.What you will be doingDelivering projects and new initiatives across Corporate Systems services and acting as liaison between technology and our supported businesses Lead problem management activities and drive engagement, tracking and resolution of issues to deliver improvement to colleague experience for services across Corporate Systems Working with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams. Managing project risk and assisting with problem resolution. Stakeholder management and communicationsServing as liaison between technical and non-technical teamsWhat you bring:Knowledge of various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles, e.g., conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, classic or traditional waterfall phases of analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and the correct project applicationDemonstrated skill in managing project budgets and timelinesSkill in the use of negotiation techniques to reach agreement when there are widely-differing viewpointsExcellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact effectively with executive level clientsAbility to set clear expectations, manage team performance and build high morale among team membersAbility to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in natureWorking with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams.
