Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
* Provide proactive support, resolving client queries in a timely and effective manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
* Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in account management or a client-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach.
* Experience within SaaS or the social care sector (desirable but not essential).
