About the role:
We have a selection of restaurants at the resort so our kitchens are very busy environments.Your main responsibility will be to ensure all kitchen cleanliness and assist with general food preparation. We have a dedicated brigade of kitchen porter’s so we are seeking people with excellent, hard-working attitudes.

Job Description:
The main duties of this role include but are not limited to:
Washing dishes, pots, and the provision of the required equipment in the kitchen.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas including walls, fridges, floors, racks, and anything else required by the chefs.
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation.
Following all Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene Regulations.
Responsibility for the security and safe handling of all equipment used.
Carrying out any other duties set by Senior Chefs in the kitchen.
