Their products are loved in over 40 countries and stocked by major global retailers, combining cutting-edge skincare science with mood-boosting design. Behind the scenes, they're a tight-knit, entrepreneurial team who believe creativity should be fearless, collaborative, and rooted in purpose.
This is a rare opportunity to shape creative output across packaging, digital, motion, and concept development, working in a culture that values independence, creative ownership, and forward-thinking design.
1. Artworker – Packaging Team (Midweight, Full-Time)
The detail-driven backbone of the packaging design process — turning creative ideas into production-ready artwork across multiple product lines.
* Strong print knowledge and precision eye
* Experience in packaging artwork (beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle ideal)
* Bonus: comfortable with digital or motion assets
2. Conceptual Designer – Secondary Retail & Experiential (Senior)
A storyteller who can turn a loose idea into something tangible — from in-store displays to immersive brand experiences.
* Skilled visual thinker, strong conceptual chops
* Confident visualiser — CAD/production teams handle execution
* Experience in POS, campaigns or experiential design a plus
3. Motion & 3D Designer – (Senior, Full-Time)
For the creator who lives and breathes movement. Bring high polish and innovation to digital content across social and campaign storytelling.
* Expertise in motion graphics, 3D and animation
* Confident using AI-assisted creative tools
* Passionate about experimentation and elevating creative standards
4. Senior All-Round Designer – (Full-Time)
An adaptable designer who thrives on variety — blending packaging, digital and brand design to deliver cohesive, standout creative.

You’ll join a self-sufficient creative team of 10–12, split across packaging and digital, with the freedom to push ideas, evolve visuals, and help shape the creative direction of a global brand.
