This position is a UK Sales Manager role to cover the UK selling O-Ring products. Our client is looking for someone who can contribute to their growth and development in the United Kingdom sealing market.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE MUST HAVE;
* Industry Experience: You have a background in sales within the sealing solutions field. Experience in the O-ring sector is a huge plus.
* Proven Sales Track Record: You’ve demonstrated your ability to generate new leads and close deals.
* Highly Motivated: You’re driven by results and enjoy the flexibility and rewards of a commission-based role.
* Independent & Self-Starter: You’re ready to take ownership of the Great Britain market and grow it with minimal supervision.
Remuneration and Benefits Package;
* Basic Salary ca.£55,000 to £65,000 experience dependant
* 5% commission on all new business generated
* 3% commission on revenue from existing accounts
* Travel expenses covered
