JOB PURPOSE
The role will help to support the broader CI team to reduce waste and improve efficiencies and quality in a safe and collaborative manner, helping to identify and lead improvements across the site.
JOB DIMENSIONS & SCOPE
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Identify and lead improvement projects across site
* Support Process Control roll-out and sustainment
* Drive 6S improvements across site
* Lead root cause analysis investigations and development of corrective/preventative actions
* Delivery of CI training (training will be given prior to this)
* Data collection and processing

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
* Formal Qualifications and Experience
* Lean, Six Sigma or Engineering qualification preferred, but not essential
* Manufacturing background preferred, but not essential
* Specific Skills and Abilities
* Experience of leading project / improvement teams is essential
* Possess good IT skills, and exposure to working in a computerized environment. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is particularly essential.
* Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written, accuracy, attention to detail,
* Good organization skills, management skills, and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
