As a Lead Data Consultant in Arreoblue’s Advisory team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-impact projects and guiding our clients through data-driven transformation. This role is for those who thrive on mentoring others, setting standards, and working directly with senior stakeholders to make a difference.

What You Will Do

As a Lead Data Consultant, you'll be involved in all aspects of data advisory projects including:

* Leading and delivering complex advisory projects, helping clients define and realise their data and AI strategies at scale.
* Building strong relationships with C-suite and director-level stakeholders, advising on business transformation, governance, and data strategy.
* Facilitating high-impact workshops and senior-level stakeholder sessions to uncover and prioritise opportunities for data-driven value.
* Setting and upholding standards for ways of working, quality, and delivery across Advisory engagements.
* Mentoring, coaching, and supporting consultants and client teams - serving as a role model and go-to advisor.
* Leading the continuous improvement of Arreoblue’s advisory methodology, frameworks, and knowledge base.
* Supporting pre-sales activities, including scoping, proposal writing, and pitching new projects.
* Performing hands-on data analysis when needed, and overseeing the delivery of dashboards or strategy artefacts by yourself or the team.


How You Will Do It

You will operate with a high degree of independence, trusted to lead large or complex client engagements and support Arreoblue’s most strategic relationships. Your focus will be on value creation, standards, and continuous improvement—both in your own work and across the Advisory team.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape your own path, contribute to Arreoblue’s IP and knowledge, and drive innovation through thought leadership, community engagement, and internal best practice sharing.

Your work will span industry sectors, but your expertise in data strategy, governance, and stakeholder engagement will always be your foundation. You’ll collaborate closely with delivery specialists and help scale Arreoblue’s approach and impact.

Location(s)

We are a fully remote company, but love spending time with our customers so we like to be present and on site with them when we can – this can be up to three days a week depending on project and location. All candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role. We encourage flexible working in terms of both hours and location, with the expectation that employees may get together from time to time. Any required travel to clients will be covered by us.



Interview Process

Our interview process is designed to be a two-way conversation. Following an initial telephone screening call to ensure alignment, we’ll conduct two stages: a “General Competency” interview and a “Deep Dive.” You may also have the opportunity to meet some of the wider team during these phases if appropriate.
