Job Description

We are currently seeking a developer who is proficient in using Articulate Storyline and possesses strong instructional and graphic design skills (training or experience as a graphic designer will stand you in great stead for this role). This remote role involves handling content development for eLearning, including scripting for training modules, creating materials for online guides, and potentially working with digital adoption platforms.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop content across various formats and be proficient in using eLearning authoring and video creation tools. Additionally, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to implement feedback to improve deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and develop interactive eLearning and video content.
* Utilise a variety of eLearning development tools to create engaging training content
* Ensure the content adheres to instructional design principles and best practices.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in eLearning development.
* Collaborate with the team and clients to manage expectations and deliver high-quality content.
* Involvement in the full development process from creating storyboarding and design through to development.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Learning Content Developer.
* Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
* Strong understanding of eLearning and video development concepts and best practices.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
* Experience with video content development software such as Camtasia, Captivate, and Powtoon preferred.
* Familiarity with digital adoption platforms and technologies helpful.
* Experience with Moodle LMS is a bonus.
* Digital learning design qualification is desirable.
