UK Key Accounts & Sales Manager
to expand TAVO's presence in the pet industry.
In this role, you will manage key independent pet retailers, drive new business across the sector, build strong customer relationships, deliver sales growth, and help shape our strategy in this fast-growing market.
What you'll do:
* Manage and grow key independent pet retail accounts
* Drive new business across independents, online retailers, and emerging pet channels
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximise growth and profitability
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to stay ahead
* Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations to deliver excellent service
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in sales or key account management within the pet, FMCG, or related industry
* Strong track record of developing independents and winning new business
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Passion for the pet industry and ability to connect with retailers and partners
* Self-motivated, commercially astute, and target-driven
* Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness to travel
