Operations Administrator Job Ref No: WS/OA/07/25 Key Responsibilities: Responsibility for administrative tasks within production and supply chain, including labour recording, sales and purchase order processing; Responsible for timely and effective resolution of credit note requests and queries; Coordinate hauliers and inter-site transfers; Assist Production Manager and Supervisors with administrative tasks and business activities; Support the Operations Manager and Production with an oversight of processes, including stock control; Liaise with other departments (Sales & Marketing, Finance etc) in order to ensure workflow efficiency; Liaise with customers and other business partners; Preparation of KPI reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required. The Person: A minimum of one years experience in a similar role; Possess excellent administration skills, organised and able to prioritise and manage time effectively; Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook; Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Be able to interact and communicate with staff at all levels in a professional manner. Preference will be given to candidates with: Experience of using an ERP system; Previous experience in FMCG/Operations.
