The wider team includes the Welcome Team and a group of passionate and experienced Active Outdoors volunteers. The Cycle hire is open Thursday to Sunday in the main season (February Half term - October Half term), and every day in the Suffolk school holidays. On average you'll work approx. 7.5-15 hours a week, however more in the school holidays and regular weekends and bank holidays. Your daily duties will vary from answering people's queries and advising them on which trails would be best for them, to preparing, maintaining and hiring out the equipment. It's all about giving a great service to everyone. You'll talk to people, giving them the right information, and you'll also listen to them so you know what they need and what their concerns might be.
