Job Description
3. Oversee the day-to-day management of facilities and property operations.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
5. Develop and implement property maintenance schedules and improvement plans.
6. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
7. Monitor budgets and control operational costs effectively.
8. Coordinate property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
9. Provide regular reports on property performance and maintenance activities.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure facilities meet operational needs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Property Manager should have:
