Property Paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated Property Paralegal with a keen interest in commercial or real estate development. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to advance their career in a dynamic and professional environment, focusing on property law.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Assist with the preparation of legal documents related to commercial and real estate development.
* Conduct legal research and provide support on property transactions.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property deals.
* Manage and organise case files to ensure information is kept up to date and accessible.
* Support senior solicitors with the drafting of contracts and lease agreements.
* Handle correspondence and perform administrative duties related to property law cases.
* Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations in property transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably within property law, focusing on commercial or real estate development.
* Strong understanding of legal terminology and property law principles.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficient in legal research and the use of legal databases.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
* Relevant legal qualifications or training in paralegal studies.
