Are you an organizsd multi-tasker with strong administrative and financial skills? The Role: This is a varied role where you will support the sales team, manage customer accounts, and handle all daily cash and banking responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Sales Administration: Process customer orders accurately and handle day-to-day customer inquiries. Credit Control: Proactively manage the sales ledger, chase outstanding debts, conduct credit checks, and resolve invoice queries to ensure timely payment. Cash & Banking: Be responsible for daily till reconciliation, cashing up, securing cash movements, and preparing daily bank deposits. What You'll Bring: Proven Experience in a role combining sales administration, accounts receivable, or credit control. Excellent Numeracy and Accuracy: A strong eye for detail is essential for financial and order processing tasks. Confident Communicator: Ability to handle collections calls professionally and manage customer queries effectively. IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting/ERP software (desirable). Experience handling daily cash reconciliation and banking procedures.
