We’re Hiring: Employability Coach
Do you have a passion for helping people unlock their potential? We’re looking for a motivated and supportive Employability Coach to join our team.
In this role, you’ll:
* Work one-to-one with clients to boost confidence and job readiness
* Deliver engaging workshops on CV writing, interview skills, and career planning
* Support individuals to overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals
* Build strong relationships with employers, training providers, and community partners
What we’re looking for:
* Strong communication and coaching skills
* Experience in employability, training, or career guidance
* A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for helping others succeed
* The right candidate MUST be EWC Registered
* The right candidate MUST have a valid DBS
* The right candidate MUST hold a valid Driver’s License
