Coordinate and manage recruitment administration tasks, including scheduling interviews and processing applications.
Ensure accurate and timely updates to recruitment systems and databases.
Prepare and format recruitment-related documentation as required.
Respond promptly to candidate and stakeholder queries related to recruitment.
Assist in on-boarding new hires by ensuring all documentation is complete.
Collaborate with the human resources team to maintain compliance with policies.
Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and tools.Profile
A successful Temp Recruitment Admin Advisor should have:
Proven experience in an administrative or recruitment support role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
