Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Securities Services Change Project Manager to join their team for a twelve-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Required Skills
5 - 10 years? commercial experience in change management, with exposure to a variety of delivery environments and approaches
Proven track record in navigating complex change initiatives and adapting to different situational challenges
Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to operate at a consistently high standard in terms of pace, quality, and outcomes (including BAFO processes)
3 - 5 years? commercial experience within Securities Services (SSV) or a closely related domain
Ability to engage in technical discussions with clients and internal teams, anticipating potential issues and identifying viable solutions
Demonstrated understanding of Securities Services functions, including:
Fund administration
Middle office/servicing teams
Transfer agency
Custody
Human Skills
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), tailored for senior and client audiences
High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Ability to influence outcomes without formal authority
Strong problem-solving mindset, especially in complex and high-pressure environments
Attributes

Decisive and able to operate effectively under pressure
