Your Tasks: Own and grow regional sales performance by achieving and exceeding targets within the West London territory Identify and develop new business opportunities through industrial site assessments and structured opportunity management Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with Armacell’s commercial strategy Build, maintain, and expand long-term customer relationships by delivering value-based solutions Manage a structured customer visit plan, ensuring regular engagement across all relevant customer levels Maintain an accurate project pipeline, forecasts, and contingency plans in close collaboration with the National Account Manager Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Services, Commercial, Technical Marketing, and National Account Management on pricing, contracts, and programs Record all customer interactions, projects, and activities accurately in Salesforce CRM and complete daily administrative tasks Your Profile: Proven experience in regional or field-based sales within industrial and/or energy markets Demonstrated success in business development and customer relationship management Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce Strong capability in sales forecasting and structured pipeline management Confident in delivering customer presentations, including technical or CPD sessions Commercially minded, with the ability to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive activity Structured, self-directed working style with the ability to operate independently within defined frameworks Clear communicator, comfortable engaging with contractors, maintenance managers, and HSE/sustainability stakeholders Our Offer: A market-aligned compensation package A role with clear regional responsibility and direct impact on sales performance and market share Close collaboration with experienced commercial, technical, and national account teams An environment that supports structured sales excellence and professional customer engagement LI-Remote Time Type: Full time
