Multi-modal freight forwarding
Exim is looking for an Operations Co-ordinator to join our growing operations team. This is a genuinely multi-modal role covering European road freight, with exposure to air and sea freight, offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to manage shipments from start to finish.
The Role
* Coordinating global freight movements, with an emphasis on European road freight.
* Managing shipments end-to-end, from booking through to delivery
* Acting as a key point of contact for customers
* Liaising with hauliers, shipping lines, and overseas partners
* Monitoring shipments and resolving issues efficiently
* Maintaining accurate operational records
About You
* Minimum 1 year recent freight forwarding/logistics experience
* European road freight experience essential
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Keen to learn and develop across multiple modes
