We offer a very attractive package: a basic salary of £35k, with potential earnings up to £45k for up to 50 hours (including paid door-to-door travel time, based on 40 hours on-site). Alongside these benefits and development prospects, this presents a unique opportunity.
The person:
We are open regarding sector and experience but prefer someone with a strong mechanical background (water/utility experience would be advantageous).
You will utilize your mechanical expertise to oversee various projects, working with onsite teams and applying hands-on skills. Experience with Penstocks, Motors, Bearings, Winches, Gearboxes, and LOLER is desirable.
The role:
You will focus on the mechanical aspects of projects, which vary from small-scale to multi-million-pound undertakings. Some projects involve full design and build of sites, while others include maintenance and installation, depending on client needs.
Most work is within the water & utility sectors, but we are open to candidates with experience in other industrial sectors. The key is the right fit for us.
