* Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate spa team to deliver excellence at every level
* Oversee all spa operations, from treatment rooms to thermal facilities and wellness programming
* Build and execute a compelling marketing and membership strategy
* Manage budgets, revenue growth, and P&L reporting with a sharp eye for profitability
* Ensure compliance, safety, and the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Innovate new services, working closely with premium wellness and skincare brands
