We are looking to employ an enthusiastic individual to join the HR Team in a Training Co-ordinator role to cover maternity leave.
The role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Conduct all Bradbury & Agency Company Inductions and onboarding, ensuring all relevant paperwork and company equipment are provided.
2. Conduct Contractor Inductions for external agencies coming on site.
3. Update documentation related to company induction liaising with HR, Technical, & H&S to ensure all policies are current.
4. Liaise with and coordinate inductions with our agency provider, ensuring all due diligence around right to work.
5. Arrange and organise courses—research, make enquiries, book, and coordinate between candidates and providers; serve as a point of contact during training days.
6. Monitor mandatory training expiry dates and ensure refresher training is completed prior to expiry.
7. Manage Flick learning platform user accounts.
8. Update the training matrix to reflect new policies and training undertaken by staff.
9. Scan and link relevant training documents to our master training matrices.
10. Manage training folders and store documentation properly.
11. Assist with audits by providing documentation from the training matrix.
12. Collaborate with departments to identify training gaps and needs, working closely with technical and production teams.
13. Support the Standard Operating Procedures project, ensuring all SOPs are correctly documented and up-to-date.
14. Order and manage all company PPE, monitor stock levels, and ensure availability, including staff uniforms, safety equipment, and first aid supplies.
15. Track and issue PPE to contracted and agency staff.
16. Organise visitor PPE as needed.
17. Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls appropriately.
18. Assist HR and H&S with small tasks upon request.
The Candidate
You should be confident, personable, and comfortable presenting to groups. Attention to detail, excellent organisational and administrative skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. You must be self-motivated, IT competent, and able to liaise effectively with managers to ensure compliance and training needs are met.
