Data and Digital Assistant
Location: Homebased with frequent travel to Manchester Office.
Salary: £28,000 per annum (Home working allowance)
Vacancy Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Data and Digital Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organisations data assets are protected, well-organised, and accessible to support informed decision-making.
Experience and qualifications
* Strong understanding of document management systems and record-keeping best practices.
* Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance requirements related to data and record-keeping.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data and records.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to manage relationships across the organisation
Responsibilities
* Support data and digital initiatives, maintaining high standards of data quality, record-keeping, and document management.
* Collaborate with the Information Manager to ensure data and records comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
* Help ensure that data assets are protected, well-organised, and accessible to support informed decision-making.
