Responsibilities
* Running multiple payrolls from start to finish—accuracy is your superpower!
* Investigating and resolving payroll queries with confidence and care.
* Supporting audits and improving internal processes.
* Collaborating with HR and station teams to meet local payroll needs.
* Preparing reports, analyzing data, and contributing to smarter payroll systems.
Qualifications
* A degree in finance, business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent).
* Experience within an admin or payroll environment is advantageous.
* Strong interest in payroll, HR, or data management.
* Strong Excel skills and willingness to learn new systems (Dayforce/WFM experience a bonus).
* Clear communication, problem‑solving skill, and proactive mindset.
* CIPD/CI PP certification is a plus but not required.
